Amanda Pascale

Chief Growth Officer

Brief info

Amanda Pascale is a serial social entrepreneur and strategic advisor with nearly three decades of experience across civil society, the public sector, and the private sector - from Main Street to K Street to Wall Street. She has helped leaders in corporations, universities, nonprofits, and community ventures design strategies, cultures, and operating systems that turn purpose into performance. Her work in public policy has included bringing people together across political divides to find alternative pathways to solutions, and the three enterprises she co founded were intentionally designed to be regenerative.

Through her firm, Lionhearted Enterprises, Amanda partners with purpose driven founders and leadership teams to operationalize values, align culture, and lead sustainable growth. She brings a systems level, operator’s perspective that connects strategic clarity with cultural integrity to designing values based operating systems, conscious cultures, and leadership practices that grow both the organization and the humans behind it.

As fractional Chief Growth Officer for Voices From Within, Amanda helps steward and scale a leadership and empowerment ecosystem born inside Sing Sing Correctional Facility, a maximum-security prison in New York with a significant place in the history of the justice system. Rooted in the lived experience of 11 incarcerated men who chose to share their stories so young adults could confront the consequences of their choices, Voices From Within is built on hard earned wisdom, accountability, and real world solutions shaped by those most impacted by inequality and incarceration. In her role, Amanda works alongside founder, JJ Velazquez, to align mission, strategy, and growth with a passionate team to expand an integrated continuum of trauma informed, accountability driven leadership programs for marginalized youth and justice impacted adults.

Amanda’s perspective is grounded in the lived experience of a four time founder, years of board service, and speaking with high impact leaders on stages around the world. Currently, Amanda serves on the Board of Advisors for Stetson University’s School of Business Administration Prince Entrepreneurship Program and as LaunchPad Innovation Ecosystem Director for the State Policy Network. A resident of Lake Nona, Florida, she sits on the board of directors for Conscious Evolution of Community, a local nonprofit curating spaces that activate holistic choice, conscious behavior, and lifestyles more deeply connected to nature, and is an active member of the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Economic Development & Innovation Committee and the Military & Veterans Affairs Committee.
